Hot to Hot Glues
Special glues formulations to bond hot to hot surfaces of shell molds. These special glues which contain phenolic resins and refractory fillers are preferred especially in core making with coated sand.
Hot to hot core glues are applied rapidly to the hot core surface that comes out from the core box. The glues present sufficient working time to the user without losing its fluidity during application.
A strong interface is formed that eliminates metal erosions in the joint line up to 90 seconds of curing.
