Insulating Sleeves for Thermocouples

They are designed in form of a case developed on the basis of insulation that prevents direct contact of thermocouples with molten metal.

As known, thermocouples are heat measurement devices that are formed with two different metals connected at both ends. One of the connections is located in a place whose temperature is to be measured. The other end is kept at low temperature and constant.

Thermocouples have an oval opened hole that is placed out of the terminal. It measures temperature and insulates via its remaining area as a sleeve.

These materials are ceramic fiber-based insulation products that prevent internal structure to direct fire explosion.

They are in the form of cylindrical type pipes with open ends and can be produced in desired diameters and lengths in line with customer expectations. They have various formulations for applications where different thermal properties are required for the specific application areas.
