Thermotubes are developed for the non-ferrous foundry to use as feeder sleeves based on insulation or runner systems.

These products are placed in the calculated areas in sand molds to minimize shrinkage of non-ferrous alloys cast at low temperatures during solidification.

They are produced on the basis of fiber in different sizes and generally have different thermal modules as well as closed shapes and lengths.

They are in the form of cylindrical type pipes with open ends and can be produced in desired diameters and lengths in line with customer expectations. They have various formulations for applications where different thermal properties are required for specific areas.

Please contact sales representatives for technical drawings containing technical information and dimensions of the products.
