The strength performance of ALKAFEN™ resins, which have been specially developed to resist to environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, continues to increase in the following hours after the gassing process. ALKAFEN™ resins can be specially modified and developed with the desired for customer’s requirements. As a result of innovative research, ALKAFEN™ resins are used for all casting.

Ideal Usage Guide

Addition of 2.5 % resin to 45-50 AFS silica sand and after 10 to 60 seconds of gassing process depending on the particle size to show optimum performance. After gassing with CO2, cores reach to 100 – 200 N/cm² bending strength.
