very good box release characteristics and excellent humidity resistance.

Betaset Cold Box Resins
(MF. Cured System)
Used as a binder in production of cores and moulds in Iron,
Ductile Iron, Copper, Aluminum and steel castings. Cores and moulds
prepared with Betaset Resin gain their final
strength during casting by secondary curing. So, hot tearing and veining
defects are not encountered.

Alkafen resins (CO2
Cured System)
For the
production of cores and moulds in every kind of metal casting. It is
recommended that alcohol based refractory coatings should be preferred as
in all CO2 gas cured resin systems. Alkafen
system has negligible mixing fume and low casting fume and odor.
